Our company is a production enterprise specializing in denim shell fabrics. Covering an area of 30000 square meters and with a staff of 350 members, we have an annual production capacity of 6 million meters of denim shell fabrics, forming a production line from spinning, sizing, dyeing, weaving and finishing. Our main equipment includes 6 spinning machines, 2 sizing/dyeing lines, 120 rapier looms and their necessary finishing equipment.
We mainly produce various denim fabrics of 6-14oz covering warp and weft-knit fabrics of flake yarn, spandex stretch yarn, and jacquard/fancy fabrics in colors of indigo, dark indigo, blue plus black, and sulfur black. In addition, denim fabrics in fashionable coffee and binary colors can be produced with fancy yarns. As a rule, the minimum quantity is 5000 meters or 1000 meters for special varieties for production. Our monthly delivery capacity is 500,000 meters. The delivery term is 15 days for 5000-50000 meters.
The quality indexes: the first quality ratio in weaving stands at 95%, that in delivery of cargo from storage 100% and the degree of satisfaction to customers 95%. Our quality policy is quality-oriented perfection. We have successively passed the certification of ISO9001 quality system and Swiss OEKO textile. The detailed inspection standards are referred to the acceptance standards for American denim.
