Jiangsu Tianming Machinery Group Co., Ltd. was established in Janurary, 2000. By Chairman Mingli Lu self-financed RMB100,000 and 8 laid-off workers, our company was established. Through years of effort, we have developed rapidly. At present, our company has assets of RMB600 million. Our company is mainly engaged in the production of complete sets of spandex spinning machines, core drill engineering machines, special type transport vehicles, key components of wind power energy, leather machinery, and textile after finishing machines.

Our company covers a total floor space of more than 500 acres. We have more than 110,000 square meters of modernistic workshop area and 5000 square meters of modernistic synthesized office building area. There are more than 700 employees including 200 technicians (among them are 92 middle or senior technicians and18 advanced technicians), and 9 external guest specialists. Our company has more than 300 advanced manufacturing and testing equipment.

Our company is national torch plan focal point high and new technology enterprise, the urethane elastic fibre filature complete plant manufacturing base of China, and the key enterprise of geology and mine equipment of China Mining Association. Our enterprise is engaged in developing and researching hi-tech products. Most of our products fill in a gap in the mainland China. Main products of our company are wind power supplies, complete sets of spandex spinning machines, core drill plants, special vehicles, high-grade synthetic and natural leather complete machines, and finishing machines for textile fabrics. Our urethane elastic fibre filature complete plant occupies 85% of domestic market. Some of our products have got the titles of national or provincial hi-tech project, and have been put into national torch plan project and science and technology tackling key problem project. In 2005, our company gained the second prize of science and technology progress in textile machinery project of Jiangsu Province.

Our group has gained the titles of private science and technology enterprise and important protecting enterprise of Liangyungang. We are approved to build a technology center and a light industry engineering technology center in Liangyungang. At the beginning, our company passed ISO9000 quality management certification.
