After eight-year-old development,now we have had our own factory.
Our bulletproof products are mainly made of High Tenacity and High Modulus(PE) fabric.In China, the technology of PE production is developing fast, but their quality is very different. The PE fabric we use is the newest third generation technology, its quality is best in China. This kind of fabric is much softer, much lighter, much better protection performance,very close to Dyneema. We have entrusted H.P.WHITE LABORATORY.INC(USA) to test our fabric, and the quality is very good.
Since 2004, we exported to many countries, such as America, Mid-East, Europe, Southeast of Asia, South-America, etc, and get good feedback.
At present, we can produce a new kind of black PE(also called black sheet,or Nano PE), add nano carbon power into the PE, not only improve peformance, but also can stand high tem. Common PE ' s performance is not stable at 50 degree, but nano PE is stable at 80 degree. This is the forth generation technology, with this new technology, its performance is more than Dyneema, its hot resistance is more than Kevlar.
We can make NIJ IIA, II, IIIA level vest. If you need to reach NIJ III or IV level, it must need to put into NIJ III or NIJ IV level bulletproof plate.
Also one of our leadrs, is an EU famous ballistic doctor. A few years ago, our government invited him to China for enhancing our domestic bulletproof material study, worked for Body Armour Institute of PLA ( the People's Liberation Army ).
