Hunan Jianhui Textile Co., Ltd. was founded in 1986 and is located in the back garden of Changzhutan National High-Tech Industrial Base. Our company is a vertically integrated towel group corporation with complete spinning, weaving, bleaching, dyeing, printing and finishing facilities as well as textiles trade. Our company possesses 35,000 spindles of cotton spinning machinery, 200 wide towel rapier looms, seven top broad towel magnet printing production lines made in Johannes Zimmer Inc. of Austria, a computerized overflow dyeing production line coupled with an Italian double-sized steam color fixing machine, advanced computerized color separation design systems, Jet plate systems and computerized pretreatment and finishing equipment. Our company has also established Loudi ZhongXin Textile Corporation Limited, Haitian (HK) Textile Industries Limited and 39 cooperative weaving factories. Our company now has a printing factory with the annual capacity of 10 million pieces of towels and a spinning mill with the annual capacity of 10,000 tons of cotton yarns.
Our company specializes in different categories of 100% cotton bunchy yarns and pure cotton yarns, full ground printed velvet towels, solid color velvet towels, wall calendar towels, hotel towels and twisted satin towels with more than 3000 designs.
Our company has independent import and export rights and attained ISO9001 certification in April of 2001 with the effort on emphasizing on quality control.
Having been emphasizing on the environment with the development, our company attained ISO 14001 Environmental Management Standard in December of 2004.
