Order:

First, choose a color or simply send us a sample with your requirement, we would make and return you a sample with matched color, this process normally takes 4 working days. If this sample is approved by you the production begins, production time varies due to the size of your order and availability of our workshop. Generally 5 tones of nonwoven fabric of either black or white color would take 5 days to produce, more time required for special orders.

Shipping:

Normal shipping time for finished product is 15/30 days from Shengzhen port China, by ocean freight, to any major ports in Asia and West Coast Ports.

All the paperwork, documentation and declaration to custom would be taken care of before shipping, generally 50%of deposit is required for international oders in all quantity. You may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays.

Our Machines

The maximum width of our machine is 2.4 meters, thickness from 10 gsm to 250 gsm. Daily production capability is 14 tones (24hours). These machines are originally designed in Germany, especially good at producing fabric with thickness below 20 gsm, call us up for a free sample.
