SOFT TYPE BOTTOM COATING AGENT FS-800H

Applications:

   Good fastness, non-back effusion and soft coating for various fabrics.

Characteristics:

1. Excellent adhesive force and washing fastness, especially on polyester and nylon fabric.
2. Good continous film and non-back effusion.  
3. Extra soft handle touch with higher water pressure resistance.

Technical indicators:

Using method:

1. Coated fabric directly after water proofing treatment and drying.

Drying temperature of bottom coating: 130-140°C.

Drying time: 1-2 mins.

1. Better coated result obtained if: after bottom coating→calender (70 tons and 100-130°C)→top coating.

Drying temperature of top coating: 160-165°C.

Drying time: 1-2 mins.

Ecological data:

Coating agent FS-800H is a non-toxicity, non-pollution, and environmental product. General chemicals operations should be obeyed while storing, transporting, and using.

Package and storage:

Be packed in plastic casks of 25/50kg with well-closed package of plastic bag inside. This products should be kept in shady, cool and dry places, with temperature above 0°C. The shelf life is six months.
