SOFT TYPE WATER PROOFING & MOISTURE PERMEABLE COATING AGENT FS-5800S

Applications:

   FS-5800S is a type of single composition, polyurethane resin bottom coating agent. Coating directly on various fabrics.  

Characteristics:

1. Soft film touch, hydraulic pressure resistance and moisture permeable. 
2. Good hydrophilic and water conductivity, swollen meeting water, recovery after drying.
3. Laundering durable. Hydaulic pressure resistance is dropped less than 30% after dry washing or 5-time home washing.
4. Cold resistant, anti-yellowing and anti-aging.
5. Enviromental, match OKEO-TEX 100 standard.

Using method:

1. Water proofing treatment with fluorine system.
2. Calender treatment.

ATTENTION: Paste life with DF-897 only could be 2-3 days.

Viscosity after paste made: 12000-20000cps/room temperature.

Baking temperature: 80-100-110-120    for 1.5-2.0 mins

Machine speed: 15-20 meter per minutes

Paste consumption: 15-25g/m²

Attention: adjustment to formulation, using percentage, temperature,

machine speed should be made according to different grey cloth and

equiptment in different factory.

Ecological data:

Flammable chemicals operations should be obeyed while storing, transporting, and using.

Package and storage:

Be packed in iron casks of 180kg with well-closed package of plastic bag inside. This products must be kept in shady, cool and dry places, with temperature above 0°C. The shelf life is two year. .
