Application

For constructive water proofing, geotextile, base fabric for floor leather and

linoleum, thermofusible stuffing materials, lining mateirals, decorative materials, etc.

Characteristic

Advanced self crossed non-woven fabric binder, with properties of excellent tensile strength and super extension break value, stable size, hot temperature resistance, weater fastness, water proofing, and good stress distribution.

Using method

Recommended fourmulation:

PH-506              30~40

       MR-80A            2~4

       Water                up to 100

Sizing pick-up percentage is round 20%, fixed working temperature is 200°C, drying time is about 2-3mins. The formulation and relative data should be adjusted for different products in accordance with customer’s demandings at the basis of low cost, high efficiencies.

General chemicals operations should be obeyed while storing, transporting, and using.

Package and storage

Be packed in plastic casks of 50kg with well-closed package of plastic bag inside.

This products should be kept in shady, cool and dry places, the best storage temperature is 20-40°C, but there is no influence to quanlity in short time at temperature of 0~40°C. Avoid frozen, high temperature. The shelf life is six months,unfinished product should be stored in tight covering container.
