Coating Agent HCP-30

Application:

Coating for various textile fabrics with the functions of shower-proofed and down-blocked.   

Characteristics:

1. Soft and super smooth membrane and good elastomeric film;
2. Water pressure could reach up to 800mm with one squeeze application on 190T taffeta.
3. Good down blocking effect and no handle change at lower temperature condition;
4. High fastness and water washing durable.

Using method

One time HCP-30 coating process on the textile with water-proofed process

Doctor blade width 1-1.5mm; cure temp. 150-170°C; cure time 1mins.

Ecological data

Coating agent HCP-30 contains some volatilized organic solvent chemcials, therefore pay more attention to fire prevention during the application avoiding the poisoning. General chemicals operations should be obeyed while storing, transporting, and using.

Package and storage

Be packed in plastic casks of 180kg with well-closed package of plastic bag inside. This products should be kept in shady, cool and dry places, with temperature above 0°C. The shelf life is three months.
