ELASTOMERIC COATING AGENT FS-850C/950B

Application:

As elastomeric coating, softening coating, smooth coating and leather membrane coating for various fabrics.

Characteristic:

1. Form crystal elastomeric film on the fabric surface with effect of PU fabric, increasing elasticity and tensile; soft, smooth and crisp hand feel.
2. Used as anti-wrinkle and anti-shrinkage finishing agent, could not only meet style of PU, but also with soft, non-yellowing and non-formaldehyde feature.
3. Used as water-proofed coating with air permeable feature, good hand feel and style. This coating is laundry resistance and enzyme-washing perfect, weather resistance, no tacky at high temperature, no whitening at low temperature.
4. Also could be used with PU, PA in order to obtain special coating effect.

Using method:

1. Coating paste preparation            

FS-850C/950B      100           (I)

FS-856                       0.4-0.6      (II)

Ice acetate acid     0.4-0.6      (III)

FS-857                       0.8-1.0      (IV)

            Put II into I, then stir evenly for 5-10 minutes, put III and stir evenly for

another 10-15 minutes, after that put IV, stir for another 5 minutes, finally

ready to coat.

1. Coated indication: floating knife or rolling knife, thin, one coating, baking for 1-2mins at the temperature of 140-160°C.

Storage attention:

Solvent type product, should avoid fire, flame and explosion while storing and transporting. And this coating agent should be used within 3-4 hours after compounding; in case of putting some toluene, the storing life could be longer.
