Backlit Flex materials constitute vinyl surface and inner strength polyester yarn. It’s by our coated fabric experience, then laminated printable top layer surface for special signage industry durable performance.

Good Backlit should be with following characteristic: (1) UV Resistance, directly ultraviolet radiation exposure will be easily making materials itself accelerated ageing, and turn into yellow performance. (2) Transmittance, from the back light source, you will see vivid image in the front of you. Owing traditional backlight flex with scrim yarn for strength consideration, hence, scrim yarn will affect that transmittance performance for sure. This will be happened in laminated Backlit as always. For the coated backlit, as to the top and bottom layers are heavy duty vinyl, hence, performance better than traditional laminated flex. You will know why most of subway and airport lightbox used clear rigid film as routine lightbox surface materials.
