1.Q: Can I get some free sample?
A: Yes,it is free without logo; If need customized logo ,we need charge the sample fee.but you need pay ship cost to us
 
2.Q:What are the optional material?
A:Polyester,Nylon,Microfiber, Synthetic PVC, PU/leather, Canvas, Jute,Denim, Satin, organza, clear PVC,EVA, PEVA, T/C Cloth, Mesh, non-woven, Fake or real neoprene, etc
 
3.Q: Will color difference exist between sample and production ?
A: Yes, color difference is very normal of different batches of material or printing logo or metal logo,
because of the weather and temperature and dye etc, but we try our best to avoid the big color difference.
 
4.Q:What products you produce?

5.Q:Can we use our own logo or design for sticker?

7.Q:What is your production procedure?
A:Order →Pre→production sample →Material-purchasing →Fabric quality control →Production →Inspection →Packing →Delivery.
 
8.Q:What’s the payment term?
A:Usually we accept T/T, we also can accept L/C, Western Union etc.
 
9.Q: Will you be responsible for the goods when shipping?
A: Generally the logistics company we cooperate can send the cargo to where you want. Besides, we promise that goods will be arranged as soon as possible and delivered in the shortest time.
 
10.Q:Can we use our own shipping agent?
A:Yes, you can. We had cooperated with many forwarders. If you need, we can recommend some forwarders to you and you can compare the price and services.
