The total investment of our company is 50 million Yuan. Our firm covers an area of more than 20000 square meters. Having an annual production capacity of 252,000 cubic meters of XPS insulation products and colour steel sandwich panels which can support building 700,000 square meters of roof surface, we are the largest company in producing XPS foam board and insulation products in Zhejiang Province.
The major component of XPS foam board is Polystyrene resin. With a small amount of additives, it is the rigid foam with a rigid closed-cell which is made based on heating and extrusion system. Our products are high-performance extruded boards, with characters of light weight, pressure, water resistance, low thermal conductivity, and good dimensional stability. They are widely used in energy-saving roof building, external insulation system, modern cold store, ground frost control and ventilating pipe arrangement.
We also produce composition board, such as xps tile backer board made with XPS foam board core covered with cement and mesh, SIP panel(wood+mdf+XPS+OSB, OSB+xps+OSB), aluminum foil covered insulation board, galvanized steel sandwish panel etc..
Our products have passed ISO9001 and ISO14001 certifications, CE certification. Owing to superior quality and a good reputation, our products have had warm reception. They sell well in more than 20 provinces, and are exported to Europe, the USA, and Southeast Asia.
