Equipment composition

Airlaid paper production line consists of a feeding system and main manufacturing part system.

Feeding system consists of Direct feeding type batching machine, Pre Grinder, Main Grinder, Storage tank, Batching machine, Mix feeding Fan and etc.

Main manufacturing part system consists of Forming part, Excessive part, Heating part, cooling part, Transmission pary, Brush net part, Automatic winding and changing the roll and etc.

Operational principle

This equipment is based on the principle of "long network operation, airlaid forming, hot air penetration":

The wood pulp were used as raw materials, will be brinded after brinding system, feeding to the Storage tank. Then feeding in to forming part by the Batching machine.The short fibers were used as raw materials, feeding into the brinding machine by Automatic feeding machine. After brinding, feeding into the forming part by Direct feeding type batching machine.Then the mix wood pulp and fiber are lapped by airlaid forming machine, through the Excessive part, go into the heating part, cooling part and paper will automatically change the volume by Automatic winding and changing roll part.

Start the wood pulp feeding system and fiber feeding system, wood pulps and fibers are feeding into forming part by feeding fans. According to the adsorption of the molding box to achieve uniform blanking, and the formation of paper. The paper passed through the main forming part, Excessive part, and heating part. In the heating part the hot air melt the PE of the fiber, in order to achieve the purpose of bonding the wood pulp fiber. And finally complete the paper roll by the winding machine.

• The pulp was treated with the treated pulp, and ES fiber was selected as a two-component fiber of PE/PP.
