2. Driving system: SXF1492 roving frame utilizes four motors for independent transmission, which drive the flyer, roller, winder and bobbin rail lifting respectively, greatly simplifying the drive mechanism. Canceling the cone drum roving frame headstock drive gear box, twist exchanging gear, forming gear, bobbin rail lifting gear, etc; easy to adjust technologies; reducing the workload of maintenance.

3.Drafting system: Model SXF1492 roving frame uses four-roller double short apron draft device. Between the first and second rollers is a beaming zone, and between the second and third beaming zone is a main draft zone. Separate the beaming zone from the main draft zone, and reduce no-twist triangular zones as much as possible, which is favorable to improvement of sliver twisting uniformity and evenness quality.
In SXF1492 roving frame, multiple high-precision rotation coders and a computer combine into a real-time detection and feedback control system. During the entire spinning, control spinning tension automatically on the basis of preset mathematical model.
