SXF1358C UNI-LAPPER
This machine combines and drafts pre-drawn slivers to form cotton layers, winding them into laps with some specification, weight and density for use by the combing frame.
Precise control of cotton layers
1. Cancel the original mechanical stress mode, carry out control of pressure through the proportional valve, realize linear boosting, and improve the sticky lap degree to ensure lapping quality.
2. Through calendering using four S shape rollers with different diameters, cotton layers make the round of the rollers, and thus flat and smooth cotton layers can be obtained.
Advanced sliver guide design
1 The sliver guide is a passive one, and a sliver is fed at a right angle, reducing twist and sliver breakage.
2 The machine can stop its optic-electric device automatically in case of single-head failure, and has sliver abnormality (sliver break, no sliver and breakage) indication and failure alarm functions to ensure sliver lapping quality.
Reasonable draft
1 Using 2 over 3 rolls drafting, the draft commutation provides 13 groups of data for replacement, with draft range falling into 1.22-1.82.
2 Drafting stress is achieved through pneumatic manner, thus the stress is stable and reliable.
Characteristics
1 The machine is equipped with a programmable controller PLC to control the lapping process collectively, the touch screen realizes man-computer dialogue and multi-point condition monitoring, records various failures of the machine, and makes it easy for the user to observe running status of the machine.
2 Bearings for major parts use imported SKF/INA with high precision and long service life, thus ensuring the stability of the machine.
3 FESTO pneumatic elements are used, and valve terminals are integrated to control the action of each air channel.
4 The machine is provided with an automatic lap change apparatus, achieving automation control from lapping, lap breakage, lap push, lap falling and lap movement. In normal operation, the machine requires no attendance, increasing productivity and reducing labor intension.
5 The principal machine is controlled by transducer, starts steadily and can adjust the lapping speed on the basis of multiple sections; during the complete lapping course, the transducer can be set to run at a variable speed and avoid unexpected draft of cotton layers in lapping caused by increased diameter of lap, thus ensuring even lap weight.
