13-Gauge half-dipped nitrile safety gloves adopt seamless knitted nylon as liner to impregnated by synthetic nitrile. Most conventional nylon nitrile work gloves only are coated in the palm, leaving blank at the back of fingers to increase air permeability of gloves during wear. The liner for nitrile coated knit gloves are usually made from polyester, nylon, U3 polyester and polyester with printing etc. Varied quality for each liner type are available. The coating quality depends on the pure nitrile percentage, the weight and what kind of nitrile rubber we use. For premium quality nitrile gloves, we use nitrile rubber that comes from Taiwan manufacturers and Germany Bell company. Coating made from Bell nitrile has the best quality with regard to dexterity, smell and abrasion endurance.
