This special rotor spindle bearings are double row angular contact ball bearings comprising solid inner and outer rings with screws and complicate external profile, ball and cage assemblies with strengthened fiber-glass cages. The bearings are sealed with double shields and seals in case of heavy contamination from out-side.

This bearings have high precision and low noises. They are particularly suitable for bearing arrangements for long-life and quite running and easy assembly. They have proved highly reliable in rotor spinning, ring spinning and winding machines.

At customer requirement, a plastic layer will be directly injected to outer ring. With strict dynamic balance requirement, this bearings are also used as belt roller.
