Inner Mongolia North Peace Textile Co., Ltd. was established in 1996 with registration capital of 3.8 million USD. Our business export income reached 33 million USD in 2008. Our production base is located in Inner Magnolia and branches are in Shanghai and Tokyo respectively. The area of manufacture base in Inner Magnolia is 66000sqm, including 27000sqm of floor space. Our annual output is 500 thousand pieces of cashmere sweaters and over 2 million pieces of scarves. Our company has combining factory, spinning factory, dying factory, knitting factory, weaving factory, inspection factory, R&D center and delivery center. In each production process, we have strict quality control.
Equipment
We possess advanced facilities, such as combing, spinning, dying, knitting, weaving, quality testing and inspection machines which are from at home and abroad. In addition, we own 4 sets of spinning machines, 1 set of combing machine, 300 sets of flat bed knit machines from 3gg to 18gg and 25 sets of computer knit machines from 5gg to 16gg.
Design
There are two professional design teams in Japan and Shanghai respectively. Self-design or cooperative design with customers to developing the new products is encouraged alternatively.
Inspection and R&D
An independent inspection company with several import devices from Japan and over 100 professional inspectors can guarantee the quality and safety of products. Our R&D division has testing and mix-color equipment which can strictly test various indicators from original materials to yarns and products with 10 specialists.
