A. Features are as below:

1. The blower is profiled from imported centrifugal  ventilator, with powerful wind force and high  wind pressure, good characteristic of linearity and  adopted noise elimination measures, so, low noise.
2. The filters are made of a flat bags adopted  with  208 industrial terylene twill, inside each bag  there  is still spring web used for supporting,  resulted  the structure compact, good filtering result and  convenient in  changing filtering bag.
3. The clean-out structure adopting eccentric wheel  and connecting bar, driven by motor, making the  cloth bags vibrated with high frequency and  resulted in eliminating the dust accumulated  on  outside surface of filtering bag with good results.
4. The dust collector adopting drawer-type(type-A)  is very convenient for eliminating dust.
5. Electric heaters are made of heater’s sleeve and  electric control box, when operation please switch it  on.

B.  Working  principle

      Gas contained with dust inhaled by blower into  box-body,filtered by flat bags, the dust remained on  the outer surface, and the filtered(cleaned) gas is directly driven by the blower into the room(may also  be driven to the outside through other tube).

       As the time goes on, the outer surface of filtering  bag is covered with dust, thus, filtering ability of the  bag  shall  must  be  decreased,  so  the  automatic dust-eliminating structure is equipped for  periodic vibrating is needed (or may be eliminated  by hand) to do the cleaning work. The dust-cleaning  work should be performed for some seconds to let  structure vibrated, letting the dust fallen down to the  drawer, then being moved away by workers manually.

C   Applicable Rang

     This unit may be used in Casting industry,  Chemicals  and  Pharmaceutical  industry,  Ceramic

industry, Food industry, and Refractory material, Cement  building structure, Mechanical  treatment etc. industries  for dust settling. This machine is suitable for removing  non-fiber dust and non-corrosion dust of dry character and  with excellent function.

     Application environment: Ambient temperature is generally  less than or equal to 80 Celsius degree, instantaneous  temperature  no larger than 120 Celsius degree, entrance consistency no larger than 15 gram/standard cubic meter.

D.   lnstallation  and  operation

1  Before and after opening the package case, must  take  a close look and inspection , to see if damped  and  the  goods if ever moved, or if existed  abnormal  appearance.

2.  When Unit - installation. must pay attention to prevent  from some foreign matters entering into the unit, that   may  cause  abnormal  work  of  the  unit.

3.  Generally, installation of the unit to be carried on in  a  special dust-cleared room lf  installation  performed  out  side door, the water proof measures must be prepared.

4  In this Unit the electrical appliances are adopted with: 380v. of 3 phases in the main circuit, and also in the controlling circuit is : – 380v. Pay attention to check the voltage if correct .

5.  After  switching  on,  the  following  items  to  be checked : if the blower running correctly,  means in  correct rotation , the wind at inlet, being felt with a strong 

absorbing suction, and at the outlet-- with the big wind  volume, and the rotation noise is low ; otherwise , the unit is     incorrect ; when in the second condition , the phase  order  of main loop hen to be changed.

6.  When stop the machine for eliminating the dust by  hand manually, the “ Stop ” button in controlling  loop    to be pressed. It is a linkage button , if  pressed  lightly  may be resulted in stopping the unit, but not for removing  dust. Before each shift finishes their work , the unit to be  put into vibration for several ten seconds, but not directly  switching  off  the  unit .
