Located in LeZhi, ZiYang, Sichuan province, Sichuan LianYou Textile Industry Corporation (hereafter called LY) was founded in 2004. Specializing in producing yarn and weaving fabrics, the company’s total area is 130 hectare, of which 65,000 square meters is made up of factory buildings. There are more than 700 staffs at present.

LY has a complete set of spinning and weaving equipment which is advanced at home and abroad. The production capacity of yarn is more than 80,000 spindles among which 50,000 spindles are produced by bran-new spinning machines with a high degree of automation. There are over 2000 air spinnings and 650 weaving machines ,of which 300 sets are rapier looms and the rest 350 sets are air-jet looms. In recent years LY has brought in advanced machinery equipment abroad to strengthen the technology power. Up to now, we have a set of domestic produced clearing-carding combined machine, a set of Trutzshler TC-5 clearing-carding combined machine(made in Germany), FA306 drawing frame, F1520 spinning frame, SMARO automatic and high speed cone winder, Tsuda Ko air jet loom(made in Japan)and other advanced spinning and weaving machines introduced from other developed countries. The annual production capacity is respectively:1000 Tons of yarn and 300,000,00 meters of grey cloth. The gross value of industrial output is 300 million yuan. LY has been honored as Advanced Enterprise for Promotion of Industry and Economy, Excellent Enterprise, Workers’Vanguard and so on in the past decade.

LianYou Textile specializes in producing T/C blended fabric for worker and uniforms’wear series, including twill, khaki drill, canvas etc. We have about 20 large categories of over 100 colors in stock. LY has an independent right to import and export; therefore, the products have being exported overseas for long-term and enjoy great popularity in America, the Middle East, Africa and Europe.
