Jingmen Ruibo Technology Co., Ltd. was founded on March 1, 2011, in which the total project investment is 235 million, and 12,000 tons annual output of BCF carpet silk carpet weaving one million square meters. 50 percent of yarns are used for export.The total construction area is 45,000 square meters, and annual output value of 420 million yuan. The entire project is in two phases.

The company recycles waste plastic bottles by high-tech treatment, thus some of our company produced yarns are made from 100% waste plastic bottle chips by means of the utilization of the company's unique patented spinning technology. This is environmental-friendly project with no waste discharged. BCF fiber is a polymer polypropylene or polyester chips made of polymer chemical fiber as raw material, through a series of complicated physical changes. BCF yarn not only can be used for carpet, automotive carpet weaving, but also widely used for a variety of upholstery, which are colors brighter, and not easy to fade, good antistatic effect, high quality, suitable for the production of machine-woven carpets, the carpet surface resembles wool carpets; semidull extinction polypropylene BCF yarn after twisting stereotypes stem plump, good elasticity, suitable for cut pile carpet, available to the effect of the nylon carpet.

The main equipment of the project apply the Swiss Rieter in public and the most sophisticated Rieter spinning equipment in the world. The entire company with the annual output value of 420 million yuan, annual profits of 150 million yuan,  can provide 300-400 jobs, and reclycle 1 million tons of waste bottles for the society.
