Characteristics of Special High-Elastic Fiber Yarn:

·        Excellent durability

·        Excellent tensile and compression strength

·        Dimensionally stable with good wrinkle resistance

·        Remains flexible in both wet and dry conditions and not impacted by high humidity

·        Average elasticity of 20%

·        Accepts dye well without the need for carriers

·        Excellent chloride resistance, colors stay bright and are long lasting even after repeat washings

·        Inherently resistant to chemicals, UV light, heat, moths and mold

·        Softness, anti-static and piling characteristics make it an excellent raw material for wool and synthetic feather like materials.

These special high-elastic fiber yarns are widely used in knit and woven fabrics as they respond well to pre-shrink washing by remaining flexible when compared to polyester silk-coated fabric.  The yarns are strong and hold up well to repeat washing and the wear and tear of daily life. Clothing made from these yarns are durable with good color retention, softness and flexibility with a glossy look and the feel of cotton.   These fibers are a great raw material for high grade elastic fibers offering an exciting future in new products in the flexible fiber market.

Current Applications:

·        Healthy products including wound paste, joint relief cream, bandages and non woven fabrics

·        Machine-woven products including thin, medium and thick elastic denim

·        Artificial silk like products.

·        Knitted products such as stretch jeans, swimwear, ski clothing, sweaters, corduroy, corsets, golf pants, gloves, sportswear, fitness pants, women's underwear, and slimming elastic belts.

·        Hosiery products such as socks and pantyhose.

·         Home products such as towels, packing tape, elastic bands, bedding filler, curtains, cushions and carpet.
