While we do make and sell other types of PrimaLoft pillows in higher thread counts and styles this pillow is exactly the kind used at our hotels except the model number is different on the website. The picture shows the regular pillow and the gusseted pillow (the gusseted pillow has a sidewall around the perimeter of the pillow allowing for extra filling to be used).

Please note these pillows are shipped in vinyl zipper bags except the gusseted versions which are shipped in bulk style packaging (The gusseted style is used much less often by hotels thus less packaging (the M Resort is one property that uses the gusseted version)
