Another use for a nonwoven geotextile is as asphalt overlay fabric. Overlay fabric increases pavement life by providing a solution for reflective cracking. In addition, nonwoven geotextiles are used in landscaping applications such as landscape fabric to retard weed growth.

They are also useful for separation, performing well under such diverse applications as paver walkways or railroad track. Specialty products such as ®, provide farmers with a solution to mud problems and improve animal health. Other specialty products include Stall Mat and Marine Recovery Mat.
