Calender Machine
It is applicable to calendering and glossing of high class fabrics.
The uniformity roller:
1) the core shaft has circles of different eccentricity. When the core shalt makes a turn, the distortion of each section adapts to the pressure, and the pressure keeps the same for the contact part of the roller body and the squeezer.
Driving system
1) The cycloidal pin wheel speed reducer connects with the squeezer roller shaft. The driving source drives the speed reducer through this triangular belt. Therefore, the squeezer won’t work intermittently due to the polygon effect of the chain driving.
2) The uniformity squeezer is driven by the roller. When the pressure is off, the gear wheel drives the squeezer through the core shaf shell.
Pressurizing part
1) the third roller is the cooling roller, and thus strengthens the heat radiation effect. The pressure of the cooling roller is provided by the small oil cylinder.
2) The small oil cylinder is placed inside the bearing seat of the cooling roller.
