Dual Screw   The whole unit is equipped with the imported half-closure dual screw compressor, adopting the third generation 5:6 asymmetry tooth rotor which is advanced in the field of compressors at present to save the running energy. It is rather simple design, less parts and structure of dual screws, machinery structure of high precision. Each of the parts is even and consistent, making the friction resistance reduced to the lowest. The dual screws are processed finely and occluded closely with smooth running, rather quiet and durable. With the oil supply mode of pressure difference, such complex oil line systems as oil cooler and oil pump and so on are saved, rather easy for maintenance.

Condenser & Evaporator    Each set of the vessel is with BR1 pressure vessel manufacturing certificate as well as design certificate. The vessels are with high-efficiency horizontal shell and tube condensers and high-efficiency evaporators having passed the approval from the supervision division of the labor department. The heat exchange pipe is with special wing structure. The system flow structure is with concise structure, stable heat exchange, few parts fault points as well as rather simple maintenance. The heat exchanging tube bundle of the heat exchanger adopts high-efficiency netting copper tubes, its body adopts seamless steel tube 20 for fluid transmission and its tube board is made of steel plate processed in CNC computer digital control processing center. The square tube board is designed to support the body with elaborate aesthetic appearance as well as nice and compact structure, rather convenient for installation and transportation. Each vessel is in accordance with GB150 Steel Pressure Vessel, GB151 Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger, JB/T4750-2003 Pressure Vessel for Chiller Device and Pressure Vessel Safe Inspection Specification and other relevant standards and regulations and the running is safe and reliable.

U-shape Evaporator  Lotus successfully applies the U-shape evaporator below chiller water unit 120RT (include), with stable heat exchange and optimized unit performance through the study regarding the distribution and arrangement of the liquid flow.

Microcomputer Controller   It is with humane LCD PLC Chinese interface operations, control system with perfect protection measures, which makes the random supervision towards the unit running status available. Special access points are preserved in the control box for users to connect with remote transmission lines and the access of computer or MODEM via RS-232 and RS-485 standard serial interfaces so as to get access into public telecommunication exchange networking system and have remote communication monitoring realized.
