    This Cold Pressure forming machine is suitable for cooling forming various EVA products such as sole, insoles, Movable shoe pad & beach shoes, IXPE, Sponge Foam, Knitted cotton, Mesh fabric, PU leather, Cowhide leather, Pig-hide leather, etc.

Equipment Characteristics:

1.       This molding machine is designed of double column structure which can be resisted big pressure, and high tension resistance, steady, high efficiency, saving electrical voltage, long servicing life.

2.       Use Mitsubishi PLC programmable controller, the operation interface uses LCD Chinese & English display screen, the pressure and keeping pressure time can be set, the output can be calculated, as well as monitoring equipment running.

3.       Adopt Taiwan hydraulic pressing acting system, shot time in pressurizing ,good effect in keeping pressing , high speed forming, at the same time can operate alone. May customized two posts or four posts machines according to the customer special requirements additionally.

4.       Equipped with cooling plate and cooled at two directional circulating evenness & rapidity of effect. Working template size can be set according to customer requirements.

5.       According to customer special requirements to provide electric heating systems for templates, combine with cooling and heating forming, the products can achieve the hydraulic forming.
