For the dust concentration and mass contamination in the quarrying and mining area, our company newly designed an electronic pulse bag dust remover and achieved national patent. This dust remover integrates pulse with cyclones and overcomes the former disadvantages of negative pressure condition for cyclone dust remover and positive pressure condition for bag dust remover. The products meet the requirements of the National Environmental Protection Act.

Our present ZXMC series electronic pulse bag dust remover is designed for Expressway joint gravel screening units with large flow, high concentration (Dust Volume is more than 1000g/m) and irregular dust emission. According to the requirements of two and three class areas under GB16297-1996, purified gas emissions can achieve the mineral particles emission standard (less than 30g/m). Both scientific institutes and users identify that the technical specifications of the product meet the designing requirements. This set of equipment has already entered into mass production. The dust remover has the advantages of high efficiency of dust removal, small amount of maintenance, long service life and elegant appearance. Moreover, it has the functions of election and purification. Especially, it can control the dust content to the finished 4th stone and make the content of powder under 0.075mm is no more than 10%, thereby to raise the grade of the finished stone. It can be widely used in many fields such as mining operations, electric furnace melting, and machinery manufacturing, chemical products, building materials, cement (cement grinding mill), waste incineration and grain processing.
