Product introduction:
Pay attention to the following when using it:
1. During hot stamping, the direct surface temperature should be controlled within 130 to 140 degree Celsius.
2. Adjust the stamping press of each square meter to 7.8 PAS, i.e. 6 KG or so.
3. Stamping time is 3 to 4 seconds. After stamping, tearing cohesive force strength for trial should be done till it completely cools down.
Note:
When using it, it is also approvable to adjust the temperature from 100 to 135 degree Celsius; but the time should be changed according to the temperature and adjusted freely with materials with the pressure remaining unchanged.
