Structural characteristic
1.The whole machine consists of bobbin cradle and warp winding mechanism.
2.Fixed outer yarn introduction structure is adopted for bobbin cradle, two upright column tension unit, IR breaking auto stop
3.The pneumatic pressure roller mechanism is adopted for the yarn beam tension in winding mechanism, pressing in parallel. Stepless adjustable tension force in pressure roller.
4.The freq. converter controls the warping speed, the length is counted by prox. switch correctly and reliably. The Siemens Text Display is used in man-machine interface with easy operation and visual and clear display.
5.According to the craftwork requirement of warping in flange, the warp cross winding mechanism reaches 0.01 mm/r precision. During all warping course, the warp winds crossly so that the surface on side yarn beam is flat and smooth
