The company mainly undertakes the dyeing and mercerizing of different yarns for foreign trade enterprise and the selling of different types of dyed yarns. We have 4series of products: sectional dyeing, mercerizing and shrinkage-proof dyeing of wool yarn, mercerized cotton yarn and function treatment of the yarn.

        A. Sectional dyeing, otherwise called sectional special dyeing or space dyeing. This process can make dyeing of two or more than ten colors on one bundle of yarn as per different requirements of customers. Sectional dyeing is applicable to all materials except polypropylene, and to all specifications of rove or spun yarns, our company now has four advanced sectional dyeing lines with a daily processing capacity of 8-10 tons. The sectional dyeing capacity and quality stability have come out in front of southern JiangSu province.

        B. Mercerizing and shrinkage-proof dyeing of wool yarn. wool yarn dyed through this process will have a particularly soft handle and smoothness, a brighter shade and will have a shrinkage-proof and anti-pilling effect, making the product further upgraded and more competitive on market, we are good at dyeing various wool yarns and cotton yarns with a daily processing capacity of15 tons. based on the of "quality first and customers first", we ungrudgingly made a big investment and imported the advanced computer color testing and matching system from the American company of data color and the computer -aided automatic dripping system from Korean company of dalin, and have furnished each dyeing machine with a dyeing program computer controller, which ensures the long-term stability in the dyeing quality.

        C. Mercerized cotton. The company has imported advanced mercerizing equipment and classic yarn singeing machines from abroad for the production of high-grade mercerized cotton products featuring complete specifications, ranging from regular-count yarns to fine -count threads with an annual output of more than 400 tons. We can provide singed and mercerized dyed yarns, mercerized dyed yarns, singed dyed yarns mercerized grey yarns, est. we also undertake processing with supplied materials.

        D. Spot-spraying dyeing. our company has owns a dyeing technology that is rare in the country: spot-spray dyeing, which makes it possible to dye spot colors on various textile materials and which has become another characteristic new product in the dyeing trade. It is applicable to coarse yarns under 10 counts.
