Main functions: It is for making PP nonwoven bag machines. It can procuce about 40bags/minute automatically.
This is out 3rd generation machine, it uses American circuit ultrasonic devices to make the sealing more stable and strong. This machine applies for non-woven materials. It can make many kinds of bags such as vest bags, loop handle bags, flat bags, and ribbon-through bags for shoes and purse etc. The main differences between this newest model and previous models are as below:
1. The sealing effect from the old model machine will be very weak. When you tear the sealing sides, the bags are very easily broken.
2. The ultrasonic generators in the old model machine need high temperature(120-130) to seal common grammage nonwoven bags. But you still can not seal high grammage nonwoven fabrics(100-140gsm) even if you add high temperature onto the ultrasonic generators.
3. When we stop the running of newest model machine, the ultrasonic generators will be stopped automatically. But the old model doesn't have this automatic stopping system, so the ultrasonic generators are always working under high temperature, that's the main reason why the ultrasonic generators are very easily broken.
4. It will take much longer time when you transform to make differents kinds of bags in the old model machine. In other words, you will waste a lot of raw materials.
5. In the newest model machine, we add pneumatic system to adjust the pressure of the sealing mould and the sealing period for different grammage bags. While in the old model machine, there is only one fixed pressure which can not be adjustable for different grammage bags freely.
6. Its producing capacity is much lower than our QX3-1200.
In this newest model machine QX3-1200, we have made a lot of big improvements and afforded all the costs by ourself. In other words, we keep the same price as the 2nd generation machine QX2-1200.
