Characteristics and features

This machine are used to manufacture tissue-plastic laminating film, which is heated and pressed with tissue and PE or PP material, with the maxium five-layer materials. That is laminated by four-layer tissue with the weight for each layer between 13g/m² and 25 g/m² and one-layer PE or PP (the weight is between 10g/m² and 25g/m² of this material). The upper and down roller of the moulds are made from steel and wool, with the purpose of press closely and effectively,which makes marks and pattern clearly with good concave-convex touch. (The compound pattern and mark is up to the client's requirement)
