A. Purpose of Non-woven Fabric Bag series: making Vest bag, Flat bag, Shoe Bag/garbage bag, Die Cut Bag; 

B. Prices and Charges: The price is based on FOB,subject to Party A&B's final confirmation..

C. Package: in wooden case without fumigation; inside cover with OPP plastic film.

D. Delivery time: within 30days after the receipt of the deposit; 

E. Payment:  T/T 30% deposit before production, and balance 70% T/T before delivery. 

F. Installation & Commission: 1) The Seller will send an engineer to Buyer's country to commission the machine, and the engineer will stay 5 more days without charges after commissioning ok; 2)The Buyer should pay for the charges covering visa charges, round-trip tickets in domestic and abroad, transportation fees, accommodations, and any other charges happened during the stay in India. If over 5 days, the Buyer should pay USD 50.00 for the engineer one day.
