Bolong was established in 2005, with an investment of 150 million Yuan totally and covers an area of 55000 square meters, including 27000 square meters of structure. Our company has now 88 sets of BLD-65 type textile machines special for the production of 3-D spacer fabrics, 3-D braided irregular fabrics and their composites. Our annual production capacity reaches 2.4 million square meters. As a high-tech enterprise, Bolong pays attention to cooperation with industries, universities and research institutes and has a team with superior professional level, excellent practical expertise and outstanding innovation ability.
As a new and high-tech product, our 3-D spacer fabric has achieved the international similar technical advanced level. For further development and industrialization of 3-D fabric and composite, Bolong is undertaking the Key Technologies R&D Program of Jiangsu Province and the National High Technology R&D Program (863 Program) of China. Our products are widely used in automobile, locomotive, aerospace, marine, windmill, building and other industries.
