Used to warm or hot compress,

(A): The first-time using

1:Using one hand pinch the bag, the other hands thumb and second finger, pressed the inner plate up and down for several times, and liquid of bags will start to be solid immediately, and hot. (When deposited packs for next used by the second method).

2:You can compress your skin or wrap on baby milk bottle,it can keep the bottle warm or cooling.

(B): The second-time using

1: heating or hot compress 60-120 minutes later, the bag body gradually to be cooling, if you want to re-using, please be deposited with a towel or cotton cloth bag wrap (to avoid the bag in direct contact with the heated container), placed in boiling water heated for 5 -7 minutes or so, so the solid packs come to be liquid again, can remove to use agian, at this time because of the bag in the heat condition, the application towel or cotton cloth wrapped, so that the packs will not direct tocontact with the skin to avoid burns.

2:When the bag come to be liquid again, cools, you can be according to the first-time using of the methods, pressing the heat-chip bag once again so that the liquid and then deposited into heat compress using.
