Technical features:
1) The structure is designed under human engineering and knitting principle for elegant and rigid framework. The high quality cast components are handled with aging for long period and by aging equipments to prevent distortion. Advanced CNC and special surface treatment ensure long-term stablity & durability.
2) The bed & its gear is oil-bathed with hi-grade lubricant oil, so that the machine operates smoothly with low noise & the gear is sustainable & less-wear.
3) Reasonable drive system with v-belt & timing belt ensures correct transmission & provides overload protection. Imported one-way clutch bearing ensures accurate transmission & prevent reverse rotate of machine effectively.
4) Cylinder & dial is durable as they are made of special alooy under prcision processing processing & heat treat.
5) All cams are made of Japanese alloy die steel & processed by CNC under CAD/CAM and heat-treated. The process guarantees the correct dimension of needle track with smooth face, great hardness & wear-proof, in order to fulfill the various requirements of materials & knitting methods.
