NIR conveyor(single side double layers)
1.Infrared ray uses the trait of optical radialization, permeate from inside to surface, make dry throughly. No need pre-heat, NIR lights can light up directly to increase the temperature, fast speed, only need 60seconds. When getting to the reserved temperature, then will keep it, penetrated heating, steady quality.
2.Comparing with traditional conveyor, it saves more than 30% space. With flexible wheel at the bottom, easy to install. And can move according to process.
Production output: design the length of conveyor according to 800~1500pairs/8hours.
3.The working board can be moved with willing, clients' different needs.
4.Use SCR voltage transformer mould system to control the temperature, it's regular and accurate, to make better attaching.
