Mainly used for carding and opening short fiber(normally 7D/15D, 32mm/64mm). The machine working with one automatic raw material feeding machine sends the raw material to the fiber opener, and at the end , it is a fiber blower which filling the cushion and pillow.
Opening rate of the equipment can up to 98% to 100%. And mental sensor has assembled in the roller for prevent the mental and iron go into the machine and damage it.
