Payment

1)      Please give us your accurate size, the color you choose and clear the payment, and then we can start making your order in time.

2)      Payment we can accept includes safepay, paypal money gram and western union.

3)      Please give your full address and phone number for delivery, so you can get the package safely and quickly.

4)      Please contact us if you have any problems about the payment.

Shipping

1)      We use international express delivery EMS to mail to mail item. 

2)      We send dresses by EMS (Express Mail Service). EMS is very quick and safe, and we will also give you the tracking number to check the mail status.

3)      If EMS can’t get your address, we’d like to use some other service such as Standard Airmail/UPS/DHL/TNT and so on.

Insurance

Buyers are responsible for any insurance they feel necessary.

Return policy

1)      We usually advise customer to contact our staff before sending dress back to us, as there maybe occasion when we can help you avoid unnecessary costs of sending your items back to us.

2)      We will gladly exchange your gown for any of our stocking styles. We will accept returns on standards sizes gowns in perfect brand new condition (no smoke scents, no make-up stains and no alterations).

3)      Dress must be received back to us within 7 days after your receipt.

4)      For exchanges, the buyers must pay all shipping/handling charges for returns.

A: the wedding dress does not include any accessories such as gloves wedding veil and crinoline petticoat (show on the pictures)

B As computer screen has chromatic aberration, especially CRT creen and LCD screen, there may be some color shading between the picture and the gown.
