Tai Shan Zhi Da Clothing Company Limited, which was founded in 1989, has invested USD 31.05 million in establishing a modern garment factory integrating developing, cutting, sawing, washing and packing. Our cutting room has tow Lectra Automated Cutting Machines. Our washing room has 16 sets of washing machines with washing capacity of 500lbs, 2 sets of washing machines with washing capacity of 600lbs, 28 sets of drying machines with drying capacity of 200lbs and 5 sets of centrifugal separators. We have also imported 10 sets of Atlas Copco Elektronikom JH-100AC grain spraying machines from Germany, 2 sets of CA75P compressors, 10 sets of grain washing machines and 5 sets of monkey washing machines. Our company has over 2000 employees, and can produce garment of over 3 million pieces in a year.
Jing Da (Tai Shan) Textile Company Limited was founded in year 2000 with total investment of USD 37.5 million, covering an area of 150 acres. At the very beginning, we imported 184 Picanol GAMMA rapier looms from Belgium, MRRISON desizing and preparation equipment from the USA, Yu Lung sizing and dyeing machines from Hong Kong and STAUBLI tying machines from France. Now our company has set up a complete production process from tying, sizing, dyeing, weaving and post-finishing with advanced equipment. Our company has a powerful design and technical team, and produces over 1000 various denim products with an annual output of over 24 million meters.
In 2001, Andrex invested USD 22 million in establishing an OE Spinning Factory, covering an area of 20, 000 square meters. Our main products are OE yarn and slub yarn. We imported Truetzschler Blow Room Lines from Germany and Switzerland, 6 Schlafhorst Autocoro 312 spinning machines from Germany, LUWA centralized air-conditioners and Uster measuring machines.
