We are a professional garment manufacturer in Anhui Province, China. We have been involved in this circle for more than 15 years. We are mainly producing woven garments, including ladies' wear, men's wear and children's wear. Our product line covers casual wear of all seasons, sportswear, outdoor wear and ski-wear, as well as down or polyester filled garments. Our products are mainly exported to European countries, and are positioned for brands of medium and high grades.
We have been ISO9001, OKO-TEX Standard-100 and BSCI qualified. We have also been audited by Disney European Branch and are qualified to be their nominated supplier. Our company has 2 factories both of which are located in Hefei. With totally 450 skilled workers, more than 300 sets of high speed sewing machines and 100 sets of special machines, our production capacity is 60,000-80,000 pieces of jackets per month.
Normally, after getting your detailed information, including shell, lining, filling, accessories and others, we can make out samples for you within 2 days, as we have a sample making team of 18 employees. Regarding garment fabrics, we generally use series of nylon fabrics, polyester fabrics, cotton fabrics, N/C fabrics, PU fabrics and others. Most of the fabrics are sourced from China. We also make garments with imported fabrics as per customers' special requests.
We can give you prompt reply according to your specific enquiry and price quotations, including shell, lining, filling, zippers, buttons, stoppers, strings, embroidery, packing and labels. Usually, we can deliver goods within 30 days after getting your final approval for preproduction samples.
Both of our factories are located in Hefei - the capital city of Anhui Province. It only takes about 20 minutes' drive from our factories to Hefei Airport and the downtown area. Therefore, we enjoy very convenient transportation and customers would like to pay a visit.
