Woven Label:

1.Colors

At MFL,We can weave up to eight colors on a single woven label. We have thousands of different colored yarns in stock to provide accurate color matching. And if those thousands of colors still don't match, we'll dye the yarn to insure the perfect label!

2.Sizes

At MFL, we can make virtually any size woven label that you require. Widths can range from 0.5mm to 20mm and lengths can range from 1” to any length required. Standard label weaving widths maximize the output of our looms and will provide you with the best pricing value.

3.Styles

We manufacture using the latest model high-speed air jet looms, broadlooms, needle looms and conventional shuttle looms. We can manufacture your label in Taffeta, Satin, damask or, for the absolute finest details, the state of the art weaving of High Definition. We offer every finishing style in the industry from "ultra soft" ultra sonic to heat sealing and die cutting. You name the fold, we can do it allend fold, loop fold, manhattan fold, mitre fold. Special cutting, we do that too--straight cut, ultrasonic cut, lazer die cut. Need a pressure sensitive backing or iron on backing on your labelno problem.

4.Lead Time

Sample and delivery times are fast! We are happy to provide a production sample of your label for approval in just 5 working days.
