Theory of Operation:
The airflowcontaining dust enters the dust catcher from the entrance. Withthe dustcomparted and collected by the surface of the filter core, the purifiedairflow is allowed to let out from the center of the filtercore, thusthe dust purification effect is achieved.
Then compressed air(0.6-0.7Mpa) realeased from the electromagnetism valve to the center offilter core will forge a wave surge to blow off the collected dust onthe surface of the filter core down into the ash bucket.
The PLCcontrolling system is adopted to apply such anti-blow practice accordingto a designed program, further ensuring a very high purificationefficiency of the equipment.
