The Zhangjiagang Color Weave Chamber of Commerce was established in September 15, 2004. Under the instruction of the Zhangjiagang all levels of government departments and the Zhangjiagang Commercial and Industrial Association, it is acted as the "bridge" for connecting the government competent departments and the color weave enterprises. The chamber of commerce has 29 members, occupies more than 50% of the whole city's color weave enterprises. The year sales volume is about 1.8 billion yuan and has more than 2,500 looms.
