High tensile strength suitable for embroidery, lace and computer embroidering

The tensile strength of viscose can reach 480 grams, Because of its high tensile strength and elasticity, It is not easy to break and particularly suitable for embroidery, lace and computer embroidering. Of cause this can help you to improve your productivity.

High Depigment resistance

The ordinary traditional materials is very easy to depigment, especially they are repeatedly washed by washing machine or bleached by chlorin acid while the dyeing and color fastness of viscose are very excellent and able to reach 3.5 degree upward which eliminates the depigment problem.

No knot

High tensile strength and no knot make it ensure that you can obtain the products of high quality even at very high speeds.

Notes:

All embroidered threads manufactured by our company do not contain any carcinogenic substance such as azocompound or formalin. All embroidered threads should be washed with mild laundering agents, not bleach-washed or stone-washed, please use our high-speed computer-embroidered threads with fast colors.

All embroidered clothing should be wrung and dry spun as soon as possible after washing.

Wet embroidered clothing should never be fold or piled. If embroidered cloth needs to be ironed, the temperature should be moderate. And please cover a clean towel on it in case that the iron directly contact with the embroidered part. Please put the embroidered thread in a ventilated and dry place in order to protect it from moisture and dust that may affect quality.

When processing one kind of product, please use threads produced in same day as soon as possible. Especially for the symmetrical articles and combined products one should pay a high attention to choose threads.
