Our factory has four production lines ,the friction press from 300T to 1000T, The annual production capacity reach to 2000T, we have advanced testing equipment. In product and mold design, with the extensive use of CAD / CAE technology and the use of CAM technology in CNC machining centers to complete the mold manufacturing, our company has strong new product development capabilities, and rapid service and high quality products to meet the development needs of users.
In the forging process, we have intermediate frequency heating devices for automatic temperature control, automatic sorting and automatic counting functions. Therefore, Xinyu offers high-quality products.
