Established in 1996, Shanghai Puxiong Garments Co., Ltd. is now No. 1 overseas manufacturer for Wacoal - the biggest Japanese Underwear Company, with long-time great efforts. With the stable back orders and continuous technical support from Wacoal, Puxiong has grown into an outstanding manufacturer of pajamas and sleeping items with the best quality.

Now our company covers a land area of 5300sqm with the workshop area of 5000sqm. We own more than 350 employees and 250 equipment, including CAD marker system, Fabric dragging machine, and Automatic cloth cutting machine. There are 6 complete production lines in our two workshops, with the production capability of 650,000 sets of pajamas every year. In addition to the quality control department, there is an independent Quality Inspection Centre which is authorized by Japanese Customer in our company.

Our company obtained ISO9001:2000 Certificate in Sept. 2006 after the management improvement. Meanwhile we were viewed as one of the best suppliers by our customers in 2006. Since 2007, we have started performance management in our company. And since 2008, we have taken SAP Business System as our ERP system to reduce the cost and increase the production efficiency successfully.
