Sichuan Zigong Chenguang Chemical Fiber Co.,Ltd. was invested and founded by shareholders such as Zhonglan Chenguang Chemical Research Institute on the bankruptcy of original Zigong Chemical Fiber Factory. Founded in June of 2003 and put into production in September of the same year, our company owns a registered capital of RMB 20 million. Our company is located in Liangshuijing, Daan district of Zigong city.

Sichuan Zigong Chenguang Chemical Fiber Co.,Ltd.(Chemical Fiber Factory) owns one home-made HV903 production line for polyester staple with a yearly production of 7,500t polyester staple or 6,000t three-dimensional crimp hollow fiber. In March of 2004, our company technically reformed current production line and the yearly production capacity reached 12,000t. In the end of 2004, our company established another production line for far infrared helical crimp polyester staple with the yearly production capacity of 10,000t, which makes the production capacity of our company reach 22,000t.

Originally founded as Zigong Textile Co.,Ltd., Sichuan Zigong Chengugang Chemical Fiber Co.,Ltd.(textile factory) is a textile enterprise mainly producing pure cotton, T/C, T/R, blending series products. It is one of domestically famous factories in the production of long and medium wool-like fabric. Its wool-like fabric is well sold to the foreign countries as well as different parts of our country for its good quality and high grade. Our company currently owns 62,000 spindles, 808 sets of shuttle looms(360 sets of 56″shuttle looms, 448 sets of 75″ shuttle looms), 120 shuttleless looms(including 60 Toyota air-jet looms and 60 Italy FAST190 rapier loom), one 20t-1500Kwh thermal power station and 6 sets of combers. Yearly production capacity for yarn is 10,000t, for grey fabric is 35,000,000m.
